How long does it take to build my site?

Most sites are live within 2 to 5 business days from when you submit your details. 
We don't use page builders or templates that need to be customised — we build each site from scratch based on your specific trade, location, and services. The turnaround depends on how quickly you can review the preview we send you, but we move fast on our end.

Do I need to provide photos?

No. We can build your site without photos. We use high-quality stock imagery relevant to your trade while you get started. If you have photos of your work or team, you're welcome to send them and we'll use those instead — real photos always convert better — but they're not required to get online.

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

Before payment, we send you a short intake form asking for your business name, trade, service area, contact details, and any specific services you want highlighted. Once you return that form, we get to work. Within a few business days, we send you a preview link so you can review the site before it goes live. You give us feedback, we make adjustments, then we invoice, you pay and then we launch.

Can I update my site myself later?

We handle all updates for you as part of the $79/month plan. If you need to change your phone number, add a new service, update your prices, or anything else, just email us and we'll make the change, usually within one business day.

What is included in the $79/month?

The monthly fee covers hosting on fast, reliable infrastructure, SSL security certificate, ongoing site maintenance, any updates you need, priority support, and basic SEO and GEO upkeep. unlimited site edits, local support.
 There are no hidden fees. You get a professionally maintained website for less than the cost of a tank of fuel per week.

Do I need a domain name?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to already have one. If you don't have a domain name, we'll help you get one. 
If you already have a domain, we'll connect it to your new site.

Will my site show up on Google?

Accepted Answer

We build every site with SEO and GEO best practices in mind — correct heading structure, fast loading times, mobile-friendly layout, and location-specific copy. New sites don't rank immediately, but with a properly built foundation and consistent business activity (like getting Google reviews), most of our clients start seeing organic traffic within 1 to 3 months. We also submit your site to Google Search Console to kick off indexing.

What if I don't like it?

Accepted Answer

If you're not happy with the preview, tell us what you'd like changed and we'll revise it until you're satisfied before going live. We want you to love your site.
If after we've gone live, you decide to leave us, we will release your domain to where ever you like.
